We Support Efforts to Strengthen the U.S. Patent System
We support legislative efforts such as the STRONGER Patents Act, which would strengthen our patent system by protecting the property rights of patent owners, strengthening the process for getting rid of bad patents, and reducing abusive and frivolous litigation.
