USIJ Joins Amicus Brief in VLSI – OpenSky – Intel Case

The USPTO Director, by Order dated July 7, 2022, requested amici curiae to comment on two related questions regarding the appropriate way to address abusive conduct and other conduct that does not advance the goals of the U.S. patent system.1 The Alliance of U.S. Startups and Inventors for Jobs (“USIJ”) responds herein to the Director’s request.2 USIJ is joined by Conservatives for Property Rights (CPR”),3 and Valencell, Incorporated (“Valencell”).
