USIJ Request for NIST Extension

Chris Israel, Executive Director of USIJ, addresses a letter to the Honorable Laurie E. Locascio, Under Secretary of Commerce for Standards and Technology and Director of the National Institute of Standards and Technology, to request on behalf of USIJ to extend the public comment period for the recent Request for Information Regarding the Draft Interagency Guidance Framework for Considering the Exercise of March-In Rights by 90 days to May 6, 2024.
