USIJ Files Amicus Brief on Google v. Sonos

USIJ believes this brief will be helpful to the Court in explaining the impact, if let stand, of the district court’s decision on prosecution laches, which will cause even more uncertainty in the system, a result that would further diminish the patent system’s ability to protect the stalwart innovations that are the hallmark of the United States’ innovation ecosystem.
